Owning the platform behind self-service analytics
Context
An enterprise analytics and visualisation platform used by internal teams and external users at a global SaaS company.
My responsibility
I own platform governance, monitoring, audit and usage analytics, including the most-viewed dashboards and adoption patterns. A dedicated BI resource builds the dashboards; my responsibility is the platform they run on.
Outcome
The platform serves more than 1,000 internal users, alongside external users. Active usage increased by 25% through this work.
Making ingestion reliable across Snowflake regions
Context
Docebo is one of Snowflake's largest customers worldwide, with more than 10 million tables across 7+ regions. Multiple data sources feed schemas in several of those regions, so ingestion has to be coordinated rather than run source by source.
My responsibility
I own the ingestion and orchestration project built on S3, EventBridge, Lambda and ECR, with the infrastructure managed in Terraform. It integrates the source data and writes outputs to multiple Snowflake schemas and regions.
Outcome
Pipeline failures fell by approximately 70%, making the data foundations that downstream teams rely on more dependable.
Giving Product and business teams shared metric definitions
Context
Product and business stakeholders need one consistent foundation for interpreting their metrics, not a different answer per dashboard.
My responsibility
I own analytics engineering for Product Analytics, separately from the BI team: curated datasets, metric definitions and the semantic-layer initiatives I led, including consistency rules and standardisation across teams.
Outcome
Shared datasets and explicit metric definitions support self-service decisions across Product and business teams, and give discrepancies a defined place to be resolved.
