How to change the order of part of dates in Notepad++

Let say you have the following list of dates:

01/06/2022
15/06/2022
30/12/2021
25/10/1985
01/01/2001

and you want transform them using another order for days, months and years:

06/01/2022
06/15/2022
12/30/2021
10/25/1985
01/01/2001
